Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 10–12 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

    •    Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

    •    Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Order Timing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for placing orders with sufficient time to account for processing and shipping prior to any scheduled appointment, event, or personal need. Angel Scalp Beauty is not responsible for missed appointments or scheduling conflicts due to late orders.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, Angel Scalp Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Angel Scalp Beauty is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Angel Scalp Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Fulfillment & Supply Chain Considerations

Angel Scalp Beauty partners with select fulfillment providers to ensure consistent quality and careful handling of all orders. While we strive to meet our stated processing and shipping timelines, fulfillment timelines may occasionally be impacted by inventory availability or operational factors within the supply chain. These circumstances are uncommon and are managed with care; however, they remain outside of our direct control and do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refunds.
